Service & Booking Policy
50% deposit is required to book your session. The deposit will be applied to your session or refunded if you cancel more than 24 hours before your session time.

First Time Client Policy
In order to best accommodate the needs of all our clients, first-time clients and clients who want to try new services must schedule a consultation (free).

Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 42 hour notice (phone, text, direct message), as a courtesy, if you will need to reschedule your appointment. This allows us enough time to fill your appointment and give other clients an opportunity to get on the schedule.Your card won't be charged if you cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment. Otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation, and 100% for not showing up.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Chase quick pay, Zelle, and cash. Gratuity is not included in services.

Salon Etiquette & Children
Bel Viso reserves the right to refuse services to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.

We do our best to accommodate our clients and provide a peaceful and professional atmosphere while being serviced. In consideration of other clients, please turn cell phone ringers on lower settings.
